Guidelines for creation of a new subsection

Steps are as under:

1. Member sends rationale for creation of a new subsection to IAN Secretary for approval, with list of 40 LM / LAM support
2. IAN Secretary evaluates the proposal and if found suitable, tables the proposal to the EC
3. After approval of the EC, the same is tabled to the GB for approval
4. On approval of GB, a membership form for this new subsection will be created. This link will be emailed to the 40 Members who have supported the subsection formation
5. They will enter their IAN Membership Number and registered email / mobile. Then pay Rs 1,180 to join the subsection
6. On successful payment, their name will get added to the new subsection and an email will be sent to the member as well as Office Bearers of the new subsection Count of members will be displayed in the Admin panel
7. Once the count crosses 40 paid members, this subsection will be available for all members - existing and new - to add as Free or Paid
